A high-school boy who has run away to Tokyo befriends a girl who appears to be able to manipulate the weather.

Hina sacrifices herself so that the downpour will stop, but Hodaka brings her back from the sky. The rainfall gets worse and eventually floods all of Tokyo. Hina continues to pray for good weather, but Hodaka tells her that the weather doesn't matter as long as they're together.
